At Trex Playland, we want to provide a safe and fun play environment for our guests. Our Rules and Regulations are meant to insure the safety of all.

​What ages can play?

• Toddler Area: Ages 1-3

• Jungle Gym/Inflatibles: Ages 3-12

• Arcade: All Ages

How much is admission?

• $22 for access to the multi-level playground and the large inflatables only. 
  This is for guests 36" tall up to 5'3" tall and ages 3 - 12. (Yellow and Orange Wristbands)

• $13.20 for access to our toddler area and toddler inflatable only.
  This is for guests under 36" and ages 1-3. (Red and Orange Wristbands)

• Babies in arms (not crawling or walking) are free but can still enjoy our toddler area.

• Adults are free.

• Children older than 12 who wish to enjoy the arcade do not need to purchase an admission pass. (Black wristbands)

• Arcade is a separate cost.

Are socks required?

• Yes, Trex Playland Grippy Socks are required. 

• Cost = $3.00 plus tax

Can my special needs child play?

• Absolutely! We welcome children of all abilities.

• Please let the front desk know that your child has special needs. You and your child will receive a white wristband. Parents of special needs children are allowed a bit more leeway in assisting their child in our attractions. The wristbands let us know that your child may need additional assistance.

• Please be aware: Special needs guests must meet age, height and weight requirements.

Where are parents permitted to go?

• Parents are permitted on the ground floor of the jungle gym only. 

• Parents are NOT permitted on the upper levels of the jungle gym or in the inflatibles.

• Parents are permitted in the toddler playground to supervise and assist their little ones; however, parents are NOT permitted on the spinning toy.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

• No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in our general seating area.

• Exceptions may be made for those with food allergies on a case by case basis.

• Baby food and bottles are the exception.

Can I have a birthday party in the cafe area without getting a party room?

• No. Walk in parties are NOT permitted.

• Your group is welcome to enjoy our facility, but anything resembling a birthday is not permitted. This includes cakes/cup cakes, presents, balloons, decorations, and anything else that resembles a birthday party.
